LGI Homes - Flooding home in manor texas
we bought the home the Blanco floor plan with LGI and the yard floods a lot we were going to buy a different home but because of time and because Lucas the sales person decided it would be better for us to move into the model home a corner lot we did and guess what every time it rains our yard floods the neighbors yard also floods and guess what it pours into our yard we have to pump the water out we have asked them to fix the problem but they refused so for 3 years straight we deal with our yard flooding the neighbors yard flooding into our yard and behind us there is a large body of water in the greenbelt soaking into our yard we have several long hairline cracks on our tile floors which they didn't fix and our power goes out on one side of the house at least twice a month the walls are cracking at least that's what it looks like besides the cheap paint and cheap carpet our driveway is very steep and I park in the street and every time it rains my car sits on a large puddle it mosquito infested my grandchildren cant play in the yard and now Angie who used to be nice treats us like we have some kind of disease brand new home ok
