LGI didn't fix my home

I am still waiting to have some of the items in my home fixed. These are the same items I have spoken to you about several times (incl. e-mail). A company dropped off base board pieces and said someone would be by in a few days. I'm not sure what they are for & are still laying in my yard where they were dropped off. My 1st contact about my home problems was over a month ago and some of them are still not fixed. I am becoming very upset & disappointed with LGI and the service I have receive. I have not even been contacted about what has been & what still needs to be done. I want my stuff fixed like I was told it would be. I have tried to be understanding because I understand I am not your only customer, however, a month is unacceptable. If this is not taken care of ASAP my complaint will go further. Call me at 210-373-**** to schedule. Do not just show up; I have spent enough of my time waiting for your services.

Would it be right to assume this was taken care of and all is well, as there are no other postings from Sarah?

My home was hit by a tornado on 3/6/08. I hired Bryan Wolfe - Wolfe Construction/Roofing - Corpus Christi, TX to reroof. The job is adequate, at best. He assured me that when the ins. settled he would accept what the ins. paid. He has not answered my letters or calls...

My wife and I moved into LGI's Creekside Village Neighborhood in October of 2006. We were able to enter into our very first home with absolutely zero money out of our pocket which is amazing. We thought that there was some catch, but our sales rep did give us all...

$1510 for HOA dues? You're joking right? I'm about to move into Chisholm Springs and it's only $400 a year.

LGI prefers to maximize profits rather than customer satisfication. Everything is cheap, and nothing is real. the countertops fake, the cabinets fake white cheap, and not many. the lighting is the worst, the linoleum scuffs easily. NO GUTTERS? the house will shift...

Honestly I went today I was pleased the person was very polite and were waiting on a response I think its really rude of certain people to criticize other ethnics which has nothing to do with the houses there workers like everyone else and the just work with they are given so with that said I've done my research and I'm going to go with an opened mind when it comes to actually seeing the houses and I will update to let the public know my experience :zzz

LGI Homes seemed to be a nice, affordable community close to First Colony, yet far enough out of the big city. Buying this home is the biggest mistake my husband and I could have made. I have several complaints with this company and I hope I can recap them all in this...

I have an Obra Home have been in it going on 10yrs. LGI moved in my neighborhood and are building 12or more homes at a time.

I watched them pour 6 foundations Tuesday they were finishing some up at 9:30pm at night. 5am there were semi deliveries next to my house delivering framing supplies. They started building the frames on these foundations at 7am. No cure time on the foundations and no inspection before building.

There was no way they were inspected from 9:30pm to 7am the next morning. I feel for whoever buys these homes.
