No contact from LGI following logging complaint with your website and we are not surprised in the least. LGI Homes employs dishonest people that they back up which makes their whole company dishonest. They literally stole $1000 from us.

We paid our deposit on a model home in Feb 2020 that was supposed to close May 29. In early May we were told that they were pushing our close date to the end of July, 2020, two months later.

We had already given our 30-day notice to vacate our apartment yet they refused to even assist with living space until close date. We asked for our money back and they refused.

We were told when we paid a $1000 certified check deposit that if things "didn't work out" that we would get our deposit back. Things didn't work out.

LGI pushed our closing out two more months so we found another home. LGI refused to refund our $1000. They have at least one dishonest sales manager.

They lie. Having to file in small claims court in an attempt to get our hard earned $1000 back.

User's recommendation: There homes are way overpriced but sell them because they have in-house financing.
