We were told by a rep to visit another location to view a model home because their location did not have one available. Upon entry, customer service was okay, it wasn't until we sat with sales rep Sharla that the experience began to go sour.
She was aggressive, condescending, and rude. Her tone was very passive aggressive and offensive. She even went as far as suggesting that we buy a mobile home or look for a home in a bad neighborhood.
Really?! Needless to say, we were not shown a model.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
