As they say line, hook and sinker. That's the way we felt.
Price is a big deal, but what they advertising price is definitely NOT what you going to pay.
Disheartening to say the least, we were busy for nearly 3 months with our so called new house, from visiting schools, community and finance.
First they showed us the wrong lot. When they say ALL appliances, please note it doesn't mean ALL.
Then going with they lender, which by the way works on a different time frame than the rest of the world (48 hours quickly became 2 weeks, and then I had to follow up with them) they will cover ALL closing costs, no that's also not true, they will take your earnest money to cover some of it and the rest is just blown up.
So on the day we suppose to go under contract the house price has suddenly gone up.....Something about location and views. WOW I guess mountains grow overnight, but then again if they don't even know what lot they selling you then they are just as surprised as what we were.
Reason of review: Pricing issue.
Preferred solution: Train your staff better so that they know what they are actually selling. Buying a house is a big deal, and it cost people time and money. .
