The PROCESS was HORRIBLE like some bumbling idiots and we started to say ...take a hike....no money down Ha!, lie, until they get you in... They tried to mamipulate us into giving them1000s of dollars dowm payment when we had not even seen the finished product..house.., before any formal closing an had a closing date an the dam house wasnt NEAR (Zack Walden) finished..who does that???

Staff gets indignant when you confront them about things find in home needing corrected...after agreeing to take care of because you just moved there that week (Zack Walden). They need to learn. RULE NO. 1 THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.

RULE NO. 2 SEE RULE NO. 1. Do i have to name names??..St Joseph's Fairburn Ga.

I dont know who the supervisor was over the construction crew but they DID NOT QUALITY CONTROL CHECK THEIR WORK..paint smeared on hardware all through the house like a pre schooler who couldnt stay in the lines, the grass laid is dead old an wont grow compared to our neighbors, mirrors with paint on them and vents just throwed up any kind of way crooked and off centeted..we are... TIRED OF CALLLING AN COMPLAINING since April 22 2017 have complained, they have lied so much no one can keep up. Get it together!. Its a starter house for my daughter so you get what you pay for...if i wasn't there during process she would have got taken on many accounts an the sales ppl.

HATED THIS! I give LGI a big fat F!!!! An i hope that i never see a fat lady sitting across the st on a transformer drinking a tall can Budweiser AGAIN!

tacky tasteless and certainly NOT CLASSY.. See pics on grass paint smears...i have many more......

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Zack Walden and Dan Thompson are the most unethical POS people I've ever dealt with. I am posting on every LGI forum available about how they will take your $1000 earnest money. They soulless *** can rot in ***

I was wondering if you would please share your story on the new Facebook page that I created to warn others about problems and concerns with LGI Homes. It is called "Don't Buy from LGI Homes" and would greatly appreciate your adding your story on it.

My mom purchased a home from LGI in Firestone Colorado and I have spoken with others throughout the country who are having issues as well. If you would be willing to share your story, I would be very thankful.

You're mad they got a little pain on the door hinges? You can't even see that *** unless you're looking for something to complain about. People like you are the reason the rest of us have to deal with stressed out customer service reps.

If someone is purchasing a brand new one. It should be perfectly nice and neat.

If I pay for brand new, I want brand new. I've been in customer service for years and I'll be the first to admit that it has gone way done, mainly because people like You....Who think someone should just shut up whether they're satisfied or not. That's not real life.

People need to be held accountable. Oh and in case you've forgotten....THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
