We went to the Crowley location and spoke with Jenny she told us about the credit repair and all and gave us paperwork to full out, our scores were not up to par and she came over to the table gave us our papers and card and said have a good day. Rude as *** and not even a come back when your credit is repaired.

Pretty much told us to get out with out an words. Rude customer service with only speaking to her for 30 mins. I am very upset about the out come of the situation.

Left the cards on the table and walked out pusses off. I would give her a 1 rating in customer service.

Not sure who you spoke to because the people we've been dealing with have been A1. Maybe you had the attitude first! Lol
