This company claims it values customer service. I doubt that very seriously.

These were the rudest people I have ever been in contact with, very unprofessional. If you are new to home buying please do your homework and ask questions. They pressure you into signing your life away. When I had questions all the answers I received was I will find out and they never answered.

When confronted, they had lie after lie to tell. Please remember these are salesmen! They will do anything.

When I decided against the home, they didn't want to return my earnest money. I had to file a coaling with the Better Business Bureau.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
